Nutrimuscle unveiled TikTok’s most popular recipes from 2022 Feta Pasta to Pizza Toast.

TikTok is where the weirdest trends and some of the funniest recipes start.

Supplement brand Nutrimuscle has compiled a video app listing some of the most popular dishes to take by storm from feta pasta to salmon cups.

The French supplement company has not only researched viral foods to find out which foods we can’t get enough of, but has also researched how good these dishes are for us.

The brand has added its in-house nutritionists to the list to watch videos and score each of the 10 on nutritional value, ranking them from healthy to unhealthy.
